Throughout his professional journey, Joshua has consistently demonstrated leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Over the course of his career, Joshua has developed specialized expertise in electrical quality assurance and quality control, project coordination, work package development, commissioning processes, and regulatory compliance management. His ability to interpret technical requirements, oversee critical project components, and ensure strict adherence to industry standards has made him a valuable resource in highly regulated environments. He has successfully supported projects involving federal USACE work, nuclear facilities, missile defense infrastructure, power generation systems, and large-scale industrial operations where precision, accountability, and safety are essential.
Joshua’s experience includes leadership and support roles with respected organizations such as USACE, Bechtel Nuclear, UCOR, ASRC Prime Constructors, Plant Vogtle, and the Georgia Ports Authority. Throughout these assignments, he has worked closely with project teams, management personnel, field crews, and stakeholders to coordinate activities, solve operational challenges, and ensure project objectives are completed safely and efficiently.
In addition to his civilian accomplishments, Joshua proudly served for over a decade in the Georgia Air National Guard as an Aerospace Propulsion Technician. During his military service, he supported turboprop and turboshaft propulsion systems, assisted with quality assurance and quality control activities involving military engine upgrades, executed technical orders, and contributed to maintaining mission readiness standards. His military background further reinforced his leadership abilities, discipline, attention to detail, and dedication to teamwork and operational success.
Joshua holds numerous industry certifications including OSHA 30, USACE Quality Control Management (QCM), EM 385-1-1, NFPA 70E, and ICC certifications.
